Third Space Studios is more than just a workout—it's your sanctuary between home and work. Rooted in the sociological theory of "third places," our studio is designed to be your community anchor: a vibrant, welcoming environment where you can move, connect, and recharge.
heated mat classes
Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself. Our heated room classes—mat pilates, sculpt, yoga, and barre—give you space to move intentionally and feel grounded. Heated to 98 degrees, to help increase flexibility, deepen your stretches, and promote detoxification.
Modern reformer
Our modern reformer (xformer) provides a modern twist on the traditional reformer apparatus designed to provide a full body, low-impact, high intensity workout that helps improve flexibility, sculpts, and strengthens.
Cold plunge
Our cold plunge is designed to help your body recover and feel restored. The contrast between heat and cold boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, eases muscle soreness, and calms your nervous system. You'll walk out feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Introducing The Residency at Third Space—our way of supporting and celebrating Houston's most creative small businesses. Whether you're an established pop-up or just testing the waters, we'd love to have you.

Through The Residency, local vendors can pop-up for a weekend/weekday, or establish a true residency for 30, 60, or 90+ days.
Pop-ups give you a taste of our space and community.
Residencies offer a dedicated space and deeper integration with our members. You get access to our wellness-focused community; we get to support Houston's best small businesses.
